Job Summary: Coordinates day to day operational and administrative functions of facilities. Schedule and provide routine and emergency repairs and maintenance of facilities and grounds. Ensure facilities meet applicable local and state licensing, fire, health, safety, zoning requirements, routine and emergency repairs and maintenance of facilities, grounds, inspections of interiors and exteriors areas and follow-up to ensure sites are free of safety hazards. Prepar and coordinate job bids and repair costs estimates. Develop and implement a comprehensive safety inspection schedule. Maintain accurate record/documentation system. Coordinat and monitor facilities renovations and playground development.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or vocational training in the area of facility management building maintenance or a related field. At least two years of related experience which includes at least one-year job supervision. Occasionally lifting 40 lbs. without assistance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; leadership skills; proficient in office software, such as Microsoft Office. Prepare businees documents and reports; conflict resolution skills. Must have a valid South Carolina driving license and an acceptable driving record. Flexibility to respond to on-call after hour facilities and maintenance emergencies. Basic computer skills.
