JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Specialist assists with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-and long-term disability, and 403(b) plan. Assists employees with benefits enrollment and questions. Verifies all insurance billing and invoices. Maintains confidential personnel and medical files, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices. Assists with unemployment and Workers Compensation claims. Participates in collecting data and preparing reports. Assist with the preparation of benefits correspondence. Performs related duties as assigned.
