JOB SUMMARY: Implements case management for Youth Leadership Program. Mobilizes and coordinates internal and external resources to remove barriers and follow up on active cases. Develops a series of experiences for character education and leadership skills for selected youth. Implements approved work program and performs associated duties and activities. Assists youth leadership students with securing education related assistance and chart paths to self-sufficiency development. Sets objectives and evaluates participants’ progress in accordance with ROMA goals. Collaborates with other youth programs and educational institutions toward securing desired outcomes. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. Licensed Social Worker or equivalent combination of formal training and related experience preferred. At least two years of experience in social service work desired. Experience working with low-income families required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid SC driver’s license, good driving record and dependable transportation required.
