SHARE's Annual Parent & Policy Council Recognition Luncheon was held on Friday, May 22, 2026, in Greenville, South Carolina.
This event reaffirmed that Community Action Agencies and programs such as Head Start creates lasting change by empowering, engaging, and supporting families. We honored the parents, leaders, staff, community representatives, and partners who continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and communities every day.
The luncheon also celebrated parents who took important steps toward education, employment, financial stability, leadership, and personal growth throughout the school year. Patrice Hawthorne, Family Partnership Facilitator, acknowledged parent successes and goal completion for the year and recognized families for their determination, resilience, and accomplishments.
