JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for designating intake and screening of client traffic for appointments. Completes documents for assistance with all required data for files, logs, and other internal systems. Coordinates and schedules appointments for case management services. Performs other related CSBG and LIHEAP duties as assigned and other general office assistance. Assist with front desk duties as designated.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or equivalent required: additional formal training beyond high school desired. Experience working with the public required. At least two years of experience in customer service or related work desired. Excellent verbal communication skills and good telephone voice required. Must have excellent organizational and record-keeping skills; legible handwriting required. Must be proficient with computer programs, including standard word processing, database and spreadsheet programs with the ability to adapt to custom software required. Self-starter desired, with the ability to work as a part of a team. Knowledge of service area desired. Valid S.C. driver’s license, good driving record, and dependable transportation required.
