JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for designated intake and screening of customer applications.  Completes documents for assistance with all required data for files, logs, and other internal systems.  Conducts ROMA (Results Oriented Management and Accountability) related activities for customers in collaboration with staff, ensuring outcomes (positive or negative) and achieving planned goals.  Carry out special services for customers involved in case management, including following up and providing referrals to other agencies for assistance. Performs other related CSBG and LIHEAP duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate required with at least two years college or equivalent training or experience. At least two years of experience working with low-income individuals. Excellent communications and computer skills required (including Microsoft Office).  Knowledge of service area desired.  Must have dependable transportation.
