ENTRY SALARY: $16.50 hourly
CLASSIFICATION: Regular Part-Time (24 hours per week)
JOB SUMMARY: Is responsible for answering the telephone. Responsible for completing intakes and screenings of customer traffic for appointments. Assists with screenings and intakes of customers with all required data for files, logs, and other internal systems. Develops client files and maintains an accurate filing system. Performs general office duties and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma is required. Post-secondary training in secretarial skills, social services, or related fields is desired. Experience working with the public is required. At least two years of experience in customer service or related work is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have excellent organizational and record-keeping skills; Legible handwriting and computer skills required. Knowledge of service area desired. Must have a valid SC driver’s license, a good driving record, and dependable transportation.
