JOB SUMMARY: Fulfills requirements according to OHS Guidelines in all aspects of Head Start programmatic activities. Supervises and implements all classroom activities. Screens all children using the designated screening assessments. Plans, evaluate, and individualizes curriculum. Implements positive guidance techniques to support a positive classroom environment. Works with the Center Manager to facilitate the smooth operation of the center. Shares responsibility for training and providing technical assistants Collaborates with parents and other community resources to address identified needs. Performs related duties as needed or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: For entry-level
Teacher I: Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education. CDA (Infants and Toddlers)
Teacher II: Associates' Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
Teacher III: Bachelor's or graduate degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree required.

Experience working in a preschool program with infants and toddlers preferred. Experience working in the field of Early Childhood Education preferred. Must have good written and oral communication skills. English-Spanish speaking preferred. SC driver's license and acceptable driving record required Must be able to lift 60 lbs., stoop, kneel, run, jump, and move without any limitations.
